Mark Randall retired from a successful career as an agent and then began training financial professionals in 1985. Since 1990, he has specialized in researching and training Long Term Care insurance. His knowledge of the industry and products combined with his ability to train agents to successfully sell LTCi is why he is considered one of the leading experts in the industry.

Working very closely with GoldenCare USA, Mark is involved in all areas of the industry from product development to agent management. GoldenCare USA is one of the nation's oldest and largest independent LTCi agencies, having written over $600M of LTCi premium.
